Terms, privacy and legal support
1. Who we are
Dar Al Saada is a Rishta Programme of Zafirox Tech (Pvt) Ltd. It is only for Muslims seeking nikah, and only for candidates aged 18 or over.
2. What others see, and what stays private
Other members see only an anonymous profile code with age, height, education, religious learning, maslak, biradari, profession, qualities, skills, city and country.
Members whose own profile is approved also see blood group and thalassemia status. After an interest is accepted, both sides see each other's questionnaire and health answers.
Never shown to other members: name, father's name, date of birth, identity number, phone, e-mail, address, area, and the details of the guardian, guarantor and relatives.
3. What the portal keeps, and why
Identity numbers given for the candidate, guardian, guarantor and family members are used to verify families. Registrations that share a person are linked into a family record. Only the super administrator of Zafirox Tech can see this record; members and ordinary administrators cannot.
Every saved version of a profile, and every message, is kept. This makes it possible to show what was written at the time a rishta was made.
These records are kept while the account exists, and for five years after a profile is deleted or a nikah is made through the portal.
4. Contact only through the portal
A member shows interest; the other side accepts or declines; an administrator then approves the contact. Only after that does a conversation open inside the portal. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links and messaging-app names are blocked in messages. Keep the guardian involved.
5. Fees
The app and registration are free. When fees begin, a fee is charged only when a contact is approved, and the person who showed interest pays it. Everyone who registers in the founding period stays free for contact, even after fees begin.
6. Limited legal support
If a rishta was made through this portal (the contact was approved here and the engagement or nikah was recorded here), and a misrepresentation in the profile is later proven, the portal can help in a limited way: it can give certified copies of the profile's history, the guarantor's details and the portal messages to a court, the police, or the affected party's lawyer, on lawful request.
The portal is not a party to the marriage and not a lawyer, gives no guarantee about any person, and is not responsible for the result of any case.
7. Medical pre-check
The blood group and thalassemia check is a screening aid based on what members enter. It is not a diagnosis. Please see a doctor and get tested before nikah.
8. Not allowed
False information; registering anyone under 18; registering a married woman; registering someone without their consent; harassment or threats; sharing anyone's private details or pictures. Such profiles are removed, and serious cases are reported to the authorities.
9. Your rights
You can see and edit your profile, hide it, or delete it at any time (records are kept as explained above). You can ask for a copy of your data or raise a concern through the suggestions form or WhatsApp help.
10. Local law
Members must follow the marriage laws of their country: registering the nikah, and any permission needed for another marriage (in Pakistan, for example, the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 requires the Arbitration Council's permission before a second marriage).
